Count Down 2000 V1.0
Millennium Edition
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
'Oh no, not another one' I hear you say? Well, this one has one major difference with
all other Millennium countdown programs:
This one has style¹!
It represents how longs left of 1999 in days, hours, minutes etc but also as a sunrise over
Millennium Dome. (It looks like the classic 'Skyline' Screensaver).
It also contains a few other animations, and makes a big thing of it when the year 2000
finally does arive.
Not only that, it can be used not only as a 'toy', but also as a screensaver² and bootpicture.
The system requirements are as followes:
· An Amiga. (Any will do, KS 2.04+)
· A way of seeing the amiga native 15khz output (TV, Scandoubler etc. sorry about that)
· A batterybacked up clock (it helps ;)
Finally, Countdown2000 is freeware.
That means that you dont have to pay for it. (unless you want to:)
¹. Style expectation may differ from the style expectation of MantaSoft and shareholders.
². Screensaver mode only works as a screensaver module, and is only tested with Blitzblank.
